How the content on Geniuzz is produced, verified, updated and corrected. Who is accountable for it, and what we will never publish.

Who is accountable for the content

Comparison pages, rankings and comparison tools are assembled from our product catalog, and for that reason authorship belongs to Organizzei Soluções Ltda., not to a person. Naming a person as the author of a catalog assembled page would be false.

What those pages do have is a person accountable for the review, with a name, a role, areas of expertise and a profile page. Their name appears at the end of every page, in the authorship block, and it does not change from visit to visit. Blog articles have a named author, with the same block at the end of the text.

How a piece of content is made

  1. TopicThe choice of subject comes from real questions asked by people who use the site and from gaps in what we have already published.
  2. ResearchPrimary source research, always through the official channels of the institutions and the regulatory authorities.
  3. AI assisted draftingThe first version of the text is written with the support of artificial intelligence, based on the research and on each author's editorial guidelines. The AI does not decide what gets published and does not have the final word.
  4. Fact checkingFigures, rates, deadlines and conditions are checked against the official source. Text with a figure that does not check out does not move forward.
  5. Human reviewA reviewer on our team reads the content before publication. That is the name shown in the page's authorship block.
  6. Publication and monitoringOnce published, the content enters a continuous automated compliance sweep that flags problems for review.

Our sources

  • Official sites and channels of the financial institutions cited
  • The regulatory authorities of the financial system
  • Official publications of social programs and the governments responsible
  • Public contractual documentation for the products, where available

We do not use data from an unidentified source. When a piece of information is not publicly available, we say it is not available rather than estimating it.

How often we update

Financial content ages. Rates change, programs change their rules, products are withdrawn. That is why every piece of content has a review deadline, set by how critical the subject is:

  • 90daysHighly sensitive financial subjects: rates, limits, credit conditions.
  • 180daysOther financial subjects, including social programs and eligibility rules.
  • 180daysEvergreen content, such as guides and conceptual explanations.

On product pages, the date shown in the authorship block is that of the oldest data point on the page. On a list with many products, showing the most recent date would make you trust a figure nobody checked.

What we do not publish

There are promises no content of ours can make, because they are not true and because they lead readers into bad decisions. Our system searches for them automatically across everything we publish, and anything on this list is blocked:

We also do not publish content that presents itself as individual financial advice. What we do is information and comparison. The decision, and consulting a qualified professional, are yours.

How we order the products

A product's position in the ranking and in the comparison tool is set by criteria of the product itself: terms, cost, access requirements and fit with the profile of the person reading. No position is sold.

Partner blocks are commercial and always appear labeled. Ranking and comparison tool are editorial. A partner paying does not change their position in the ranking, and appearing in a partner block does not mean being the best product for you.

Errors and corrections

We get things wrong the way any newsroom gets things wrong. When that happens, we correct it and record the date of the correction on the affected page, without erasing the history.
